Timeline with Friends (“we”, “us”) provides a personal-growth journaling app with an opt-in social layer. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email tonywins35@gmail.com.
We collect only what the app needs to work:

We do not collect location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or device sensor data, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
Timeline with Friends uses Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore) to store accounts and content, processed on Google Cloud infrastructure. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Notes you explicitly mark public, along with your display name, username, and bio, are visible to other signed-in users. Private notes and private accounts are visible only to you and your approved followers. Do not post anything in a public note that you would not want others to see.
Because users can post public content, we maintain a moderation process. You can report any note or account from inside the app, and you can block any user. We review reports and remove violating content and offending accounts, normally within 24 hours.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account inside the app. Deletion removes your profile, your notes, your follow relationships, and your block list. This action cannot be undone. You may also email us for assistance.
Timeline with Friends is rated 17+ and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
